These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter – “Terms”) govern the relationship between you (hereinafter – You / User) and Lab 106, MB (hereinafter – We / Us / Company) regarding your use of our website https://polygloti.com (the Website), our mobile application “Polygloti,” available on the Apple App Store and Google Play (the App), and other related services (collectively, the Service or Services).
1.2. By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, which form a legally binding contract between you and the Company. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our Services.
1.3. Please also read our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share your personal data.
1.4. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes become effective immediately upon being posted on the Website or the App. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of changes means you accept and agree to the updates.
1.5. Please do not proceed with making any purchases on the Website if you have not thoroughly read and understood these Terms, because whenever you purchase anything from us, these Terms shall be deemed a legally binding contract between you and us. Therefore, it is important that you are fully aware of all the conditions set out herein.

2.1. Our Services include various tools and features designed for language learning, including but not limited to digital content, interactive lessons, and practice sessions.
2.2. We strive to ensure the Service operates properly; however, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation, nor that it will be free from viruses or other harmful components.
2.3. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from any modification, suspension, or termination of the Service.
2.4. To use Polygloti Services, you must meet the following requirements:
a) You are at least of the required legal age to enter into a distance (online) contract in accordance with the laws of your place of residence. The Website and all Polygloti Services are intended for adult use only.
b) You have read these Terms and agree to be bound by them.
c) You have provided us with accurate contact, billing, and other information requested on the Website.
d) You are using a credit card or other payment method that belongs to you, or the cardholder has authorized you to use it in the form required by your place of residence.
e) You are purchasing and using Polygloti Services solely for your personal needs.
Note on Age: The Service is intended for individuals who are 18 years or older, or who meet any local legal age requirement for entering online contracts.
3.1. To access certain features of the Service, you must register an account (the Account). By registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it up to date.
3.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login information and for all activities under your Account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account.
3.3. The Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old or meet the minimum legal age requirement stated in Section 2.4(a).
4.1. We offer subscription-based Services that automatically renew. To avoid being charged for the next billing period, you must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the current billing period ends.
4.2. You may cancel your membership by contacting us at support@polygloti.com or via the Polygloti App by selecting the “Support” section. Your cancellation becomes effective upon the expiration of the current paid subscription term.
4.3. All payments are final and non-refundable, except as provided under these Terms in the Refund Policy section. If you cancel your subscription, you will not receive a refund for the current billing period.
4.4. Subscription fees may change. We will notify you in advance of any changes to subscription fees.
4.5. Please note that all our Services are provided exclusively in digital content format. Accordingly, the Services shall be deemed delivered to you at the moment you first log in to the Polygloti online system.
4.6. You can use our Services by purchasing a subscription plan, which may be billed every 6 months, 3 months, 1 month, or 1 week.
Currently, you can access all Polygloti Services by selecting one of the following options

4.7. All prices indicated are in USD. On the checkout page, you may see a slightly different price if your state or country imposes a specific sales tax that must be added to the total price by law.
4.8. We only accept payments by credit card, PayPal, or other approved electronic payment methods. We do not accept checks, cash, or other forms of payment.
4.9. Information about your active subscription, chosen payment method, next payment date, and amount can be found in the Polygloti App. Simply select your user profile (the icon in the top-right corner) and tap on the “Polygloti Membership” section.
5.1. If you wish to cancel your subscription plan, refer to Section 4.2. Your cancellation becomes effective upon the expiration of the current paid subscription term.
5.2. If you do not want your subscription to renew automatically, please ensure that your cancellation request is made at least 24 hours before the end of your current billing period. In that case, the Service will cease at the end of the current term, and you will not be charged for subsequent periods.
5.3. Please note that if you cancel your subscription, no refunds will be issued for the previous periods during which you have used or had the ability to use the Service. For more information about refunds, please see the Refund Policy section below.
6.1. You have the right to withdraw from a distance service contract within 14 days from the date of purchase. However, this right does not apply once digital content has been provided to you (i.e., once you have accessed the Service).
6.2. If you believe the Service does not match the description or is defective, please contact our customer support at support@polygloti.com within 14 days of purchase, detailing your concern and providing any necessary evidence.
6.3. Because our Services are provided exclusively in digital format, we do not offer refunds for periods already used or available to be used if you decide to cancel your subscription. Once you cancel, we will stop charging the recurring subscription fee, but no refund will be given for already paid subscription periods.
6.4. Any refund can only be processed through the same payment method you originally used to pay for the Service. We do not issue refunds via other payment methods.
7.1. From time to time, we may offer special discounts on the prices of our Service plans. Such discounts may be announced on our Website or via other promotional channels, and we may offer them if:
a) You are a first-time buyer of our Services, meeting any eligibility criteria for a first-time purchase discount; and/or
b) You provide us with your email address and agree to receive newsletters from us.
7.2. The applicable discount rates may change. We will specify the discount rate whenever we announce a discount.
7.3. We reserve the right to start or cancel our discount programs and to change discount amounts at any time, unless a particular discount announcement specifies a specific period during which the discount applies. In such cases, we will honor the discount for the stated period.
8.1. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
8.2. You must not use the Service to transmit any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material.
8.3. You must not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or its related systems or networks.
8.4. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems or networks.
8.5. You must not access, monitor, or copy any content or information on the Website using any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means or any manual process for any purpose without our express written permission.
9.1. All intellectual property rights in the Service and its content are owned by the Company or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
9.2. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Service, except as necessary for normal use of the Service.
9.3. All Intellectual Property displayed on the Website or otherwise provided to you belongs to Polygloti, except for third-party trademarks or other materials used by us under license or authorization. You may not use this Intellectual Property without prior written consent from us or the respective third party.
10.1. We have the right to immediately terminate your subscription (without refund) and/or limit your access to the Website if we have reason to believe that:
a) You do not meet the requirements specified in Section 2.4 above; or
b) You have violated any other provision of these Terms.
11.1. If you provide us with a review or testimonial about our Services, you agree that we may display it on our Website for up to one year from receipt. We will only use the initials of your first and last name.
11.2. Please note that we may contact you by phone or email if we need to confirm any details of your order or if your order was not processed successfully due to technical reasons. If your order fails due to payment processing errors or other issues, we may send you a text message or email reminder, or call you if you have provided your phone number.
12.1. Unless otherwise stated, this Website is our property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, designs, text, photographs, and graphics on the Website are owned or controlled by us and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. It is forbidden to copy or use any of the Website’s content without our prior written approval.
12.2. THE SERVICES OFFERED ON OR THROUGH THE WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. By agreeing to these Terms, you explicitly agree not to request any refunds or chargebacks through your bank or credit card operator without first contacting us and allowing us an opportunity to resolve any issues.
14.3. All complaints or claims you submit will be reviewed within 30 days of receipt. We always strive for a positive resolution. When submitting a complaint, you must provide the same first and last name you used when making your purchase on the Website.
